Bespoke Commission - Opal ring

My client bought this Boulder Opal in Australia many years ago, always intending to have it made into a ring to fit next to a wishbone ring she already has.
We used gold from her husbands unworn ring and honoured the organic nature of the opal with the bezel setting
The colours in the Opal are so deep, they really looked like the entire ocean in a ring.
