Working with Liz to create a ring for my 50th birthday was an absolute delight and I’m beyond thrilled with the end result. Liz used gold and small diamonds from an old ring that belonged to my mum, together with a gemstone I had purchased several years previously (which I’d never known what to do with). I really enjoyed the design process and Liz skilfully steered me through it and put me at ease. Investing in a bespoke ring wasn’t something I had done before and I am so glad I found Liz as it was clear from the start that she cared deeply about the project and was someone I could trust. Liz is highly skilled at listening and understanding, and then translating a concept into a beautiful balanced design. I don’t think I’ll ever forget the moment I opened the box and saw the finished ring. It brings me so much joy to wear it and I’m so grateful to Liz for the care she took in creating something I will cherish for ever.

Liz designed and created a beautiful engagement ring for my fiancé, and was a pleasure to work with every step of the way. After researching a number of designers, I decided to contact Liz as I loved her designs and admired her ethical ethos. Her expertise and depth of knowledge was invaluable as she helped me settle on a design and materials. She searched tirelessly to find the right gemstone, sourcing from a number of suppliers to provide a varied selection to choose from. She was fully open and honest about what she thought of them as they came in, and kept searching until we found the perfect stone - a stunning 3ct peach morganite. Despite the short notice I gave her (and my general indecisiveness!), she worked extremely hard to have the ring ready in time for a holiday where I planned on proposing. The ring she created is absolutely stunning, and my fiancee and I couldn’t be happier with it.

Three reasons why I loved working with Liz, why I’d do it again, and why I’d recommend her to you:
1. Liz takes an ethical approach to her materials, using recycled precious metals and lab-made or ethically-sourced gems. Surprisingly, I haven’t found many other designer-makers who do the same.I had my heart set on a diamond, but couldn’t morally justify buying one that may have been unethically mined. Liz sourced a gorgeous, lab-made champagne diamond for me.
I discovered Untold at the Crystal Palace Open house where Liz was exhibiting and where we met and was the starting point of a wonderful journey that transformed a lingering piece of jewellery loved but not worn to a much loved and always adored heirloom. Liz was able to sensitively take my ideas and bring them to life in my mother's ring.
Liz was both sensitive and advising from our beginning conversations about potential designs right through to updating on the progress of my piece. All my questions however small were answered from sourcing additional gold sustainably, pricing and timelines. Allowing you to be fully involved in the experience and it was just that an experience and not a process.
Liz's talent is to listen and feel what her client's wishes are and use her jewellery making skills to create a piece that speaks for itself. I now have a ring that respects it's history but is very much part of my everyday and future.

I first saw Liz's work on a friend's Instagram. I had my mother's engagement and wedding rings which my father had suggested I have re-made into a ring I could wear. Working with Liz was a delight. She guided me through the process showing me ideas and drawings. My mother's rings were remodelled into beautiful stacking rings that were modern in design but with a history to cherish.
